Lead deep product analytics to uncover behavioural insights, translate findings into strategic recommendations, and guide product experimentation and growth decisions.
Partner with Marketing to analyse campaign performance, acquisition funnels and key growth levers, providing insights that support revenue and customer growth.
Provide occasional analytical and data support to Operations as necessary, including organizing datasets, responding to data requests, and ensuring information is accurate and accessible.
Maintain robust data documentation, including data models, metric definitions, dashboards, and analytics processes to ensure clarity and continuity.
Build and reinforce strong data governance practices, driving alignment on definitions, standards, data quality and reporting conventions.
Influence cross functional decision making by presenting clear and compelling data narratives to stakeholders at all levels.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to prioritise analytics initiatives that deliver meaningful impact.
